Okay... so this is the "Terms and Conditions" page.
Most of these are impossible to read, filled with legal threats and sentences that never seem to end. We're going to try and make this as painless as possible.
Think of this less as a scary legal document and more as our "house rules" for the Weaver Education and Learn to AI community.
By using our site (weaver.education) or our Skool community, you're agreeing to these rules. It's pretty simple, really: be a good human, and we'll be good humans.
When you join Learn to AI, you'll get an account and password to get into the Skool community. This is your key. Please, please protect it.
You're solely responsible for everything that happens on your account.
It's like the password to your email. You wouldn't just give that to anyone, right? It's wild how many people still use 'password123' for things. Please don't be that person. You're trying to build a real career asset, and that starts with basic security.
If you ever think someone has used your account without permission, you need to notify us immediately.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services and join our community.
This isn't because the content is explicitβit's a professional development community, after all. It's because joining involves a payment and a legal agreement, and for that, you need to be an adult.
When you sign up, we're giving you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive pass (that's the legal term) to access and use the community and our course materials.
This is for your personal, non-commercial use only. It's here for you to learn from, to build your skills, and to help you get a real edge in your career.
This is important. You may not make any commercial use of the information or materials you find in our community.
This means you can't...
Reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or lease our materials.
Create "derivative works" from our content (like, you can't just re-film our lessons and sell them as your own).
Translate or modify our materials to exploit them.
We've put thousands of hours into this method and these materials. It's our intellectual property. It's how we keep the lights on and continue to support this community.
It's like a chef giving you their cookbook. They want you to make the recipes for yourself, to learn from them, to get better. They just don't want you to take the book, put your own name on the cover, and start selling it at the store next door. That's just not cool.
This is the most important part. We are building a community of supportive, "proud non-nerd" professionals. Not... well, not the rest of the internet.
By using this site, you agree not to upload, distribute, or publish any content that:
Includes harmful code. This means bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or any other nasty stuff designed to break things.
Is hateful, abusive, or harmful to others. We have a zero-tolerance policy for anything that is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory. Be kind. Be respectful. It's not that hard.
Violates someone else's rights. This includes copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets. Don't post content that doesn't belong to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel access in our discretion. This includes, without limitation, if we believe your conduct violates these rules or is harmful to our community's interests.
We really, really don't want to do this. But we will to protect the community.
We also reserve the right to change this site and these terms at any time. If we make a big change, we'll do our best to let you know.
That's pretty much it.
It all boils down to: be respectful, protect your account, and don't steal our stuff.
Thanks for helping us make this a valuable and safe place to learn.
